Searching for a Customer by LDC in OpsAdmin

This guide shows how to use the Customer Support section in OpsAdmin to search for a customer by their LDC (Local Distribution Company) account number.


Steps

1️⃣ Navigate to Customer Support

From the main OpsAdmin menu, go to:

Support → Customer Support

This opens the Customer Support dashboard, where you can perform customer lookups.


2️⃣ Enter the LDC Account Number

Locate the LDC search field at the top of the page.
Enter the customer’s LDC account number in the field provided.


Click the “Search” button (or press Enter).
The system will run the query and display matching customer records below.


4️⃣ Review the Search Results

In the results grid, you’ll see key details for each customer, such as:

  • Customer Name
  • Address
  • Account Status
  • Enrolled Plan

Use this to quickly identify and confirm the correct customer account.


5️⃣ Open the Customer Profile

Click on the row for the desired customer.
This will open the full customer profile, where you can view:

  • Enrollment information
  • Documents sent
  • Notifications history
  • And more account-specific details.

Tip:
Always use the LDC account number for the most direct and accurate search, especially in cases where customers might have similar names.
